Regular trains from Earlsfield station will take you to Waterloo in just 13 minutes, while nearby Tube stations Southfields and Wimbledon Park are both on the District Line and are just a 20 minute walk from Garratt Lane.
The area of Earlsfield is also well connected by bus, with the number 44 to Victoria, the 270 to Putney Bridge and the 77 to Waterloo providing links to the city centre.

The district’s primary schools include the Beatrix Potter Primary School, the St Anns Church of England Primary School and the Floreat Wandsworth Primary School, while younger children can attend the popular Montessori Day Nursery.
